On July 22, 2016 he was appointed Vice-president of the PGE EJ1 Management Board, acting President of PGE EJ 1 sp. z o.o.

Ha has gathered over 25 years of professional experience working in the energy sector.

Between 2012 and 2014 he was member of the Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Management Board, in charge of managing the Company operations, paying particular attention to the research and development in the field of energy generation and industry. He was responsible for the development and execution of the investments, including construction of the new conventional, gas and RES – fueled generation units.

Earlier, since 2009, he was a Business Line Director for Energy Generation in  Mostostal Warszawa S.A. where his duties included, i.a., investment development and execution, drafting and implementing the development strategy for Mostostal Warszawa Group so as to encompass the energy generation sector, coordinate all energy-related activities undertaken within the Group and perform oversight over the Energy Generation Business Line.

Between 2007 and 2009, he was a Deputy General Manager of IGEiOŚ (Economic Chamber for  Energy and Environmental Protection) in Warsaw, where he was responsible for the development and execution of projects undertaken jointly by IGEiOŚ members. These projects included national and international energy-sector related investments as well as environmental protection projects and acquisition of financing for execution of the undertaken projects.

In the years 1990–2007 he worked in the Ostrołęka Power Plant (ZEO S.A.), where he occupied the positions of, i.a.,: President of the ZEO S.A. Management Board – General Manager, ZEO S.A. Management Board Member – Technology and Investment Director and Manager of the Strategy and Development Department. During performance of his duties he was responsible, among others, for all company operations, planning control and oversight, development and execution of investments implemented for the benefit of ZEO S.A. as well as for cooperation with the energy sector and entities providing planning, design, financing and investment execution services.  

He was member of Supervisory Boards for Remak S.A., Mostostal Kielce S.A. and Mostostal Puławy S.A. – all of them subsidiaries of Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

He graduated from the Faculty of Energy and Aeronautical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology and completed a post-graduate program in Management Studies at Warsaw University. He also sat through a series of management seminars organized by the Polish Institute of Management and Akademia Negocjacji (Academy of Negotiations) at Centrum Kreowania Liderów (Centre for Leadeship, NGO).
